COVID-19 Protocols
FAQs regarding our COVID-19 protocols
Will I need to wear a mask?
- Masks are not required for patients who are up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations. If you forgot a mask or do not have one we will provide one for you. This is not only for your safety but for ours as well.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
- Yes, we allow 1 person per patient.
Will I need to be tested for COVID-19 before having surgery?
- If you have your surgery at Tri-State Surgery Center, the Preadmission Nurse will conduct a screening during your telephone call. At that time, the Preadmission Nurse will determine if you need COVID-19 testing before surgery.
